Arcadian Estates is a small distinctive company based in Cheshire specialising in the brokerage of residential development land across the UK.
Acting on behalf of landowners, we predominantly act as retained agents, giving specialist expert advice from the outset, and all the way through to a land sale.
We have been operating since 1999 and have a wealth of experience in promoting land to its full potential. We pride ourselves in being able to offer independent and expert advice, with the utmost discretion. Our core focus is to identify the highest possible end value for a piece of land, and carefully guide a sale through to completion.
Arcadian Estates can work with land parcels from as little as an acre in size to over a thousand, with or without planning permission, brownfield or greenfield.
Over the years we have developed strong relationships throughout the development industry, and consequently we can facilitate land sales anywhere in the UK with the required attention from purchasers.
Whilst we largely broker sales land to the housebuilding industry (as it usually generates the highest land values) we also have good experience in placing land with care home operators, supermarkets, and hotel chains.

Initially, we offer the landowner a no obligation, no cost, confidential appraisal to advise on the potential of their land. We will also advise on the most appropriate method of delivery to the market place. If retained, we will identify the housebuilders or developers that would provide the greatest yield for the landowner. We will then negotiate terms on behalf of the landowner, and look after their interests through to completion of sale.
